Order in Council 356/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5(2) and 5(4) of the Legal Aid Services Act, 1998 , Charles Harnick of Toronto be reappointed as full-time chair of the Board of Legal Aid Ontario for a fixed term of one year, effective April 11, 2021.
