OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated February 23, 2005, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 5 of

Chapter 130 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Disabled Persons' Commission Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint the following persons as members of the Disabled Persons Commission, each for a term of two years commencing April 1, 2005, and ending March 31, 2007: Dr. John Campbell, Department of Health (Departmental Representative); M.F. (Mel) Clarke of Reserve Mines, Cape Breton Regional Municipality (Community Representative); William (Bill) Crawford of Yarmouth, Yarmouth County (Community Representative); Ralph Ferguson of Pictou, Pictou County (Community Representative); Rene Frigault, Department of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations (Departmental Representative); John T.

Kyle of Stellarton, Pictou County (Community Representative); Andr? McConnell, Department of Community Services (Departmental Representative); C.E. (Chuck) Richardson of Wolfville, Kings County (Community Representative); Ted Ross, Department of Environment and Labour (Departmental Representative); Joe Rudderham, Department of Education (Departmental Representative); Brian Tapper of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality (Community Representative); H.
