OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Credit Union Act dated March 11, 2026, and pursuant to Sections 158, 160, 161 and 162 of

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994, the Credit Union Act , is pleased to reappoint Carol Barr and Darrell Evasuk, both of Halifax Regional Municipality, as members of the Nova Scotia Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation, both for a term of three years commencing April 27, 2026.
