Order in Council 459/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Chief Electoral Officer has recommended the appointment of a returning officer,

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 7 (1) of the Election Act , Brian Stinson of Ottawa be appointed Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Sault Ste. Marie, effective the date of this Order.
