BE IT RESOLVED that the Interim Bylaws of the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia be amended by as follows: 1. The title is amended by deleting the word "Interim". 2.

Section 1(2) is amended by deleting the definition "Former Rules". 3.

Section 5(5) is amended by replacing the number "5" with the number "10"

Section 17 is amended by deleting the Health Professions Act

section reference numbers "17 and 18" and replacing them with the numbers "18 and 19". 5.

Section 24(2) is amended by deleting the Health Professions Act

section reference number ''19" and replacing it with the number "20". 6.

Section 24(2) is amended by deleting paragraph (

h) and replacing it with the following: (

h) concurrent to granting registration under

section 20 of the Act, submit for Board ratification a list of successful examination candidates;

Section 42 is amended by deleting the phrase "...ten percent of the Active Registrants " and replacing it with the following: "...seventy-five

(75) Active Registrants or 5% of the Active Registrants, whichever is less." 8.

Section 43(3) is amended by deleting the Health Professions Act

section reference number "15.1" and replacing it with the number "16". 9.

Section 52(2) is amended by deleting the Health Professions Act

section reference number "38(1)(e)" and replacing it with the number "39(1)(c)"

Section 53 is amended by deleting paragraph (3) I 1 .

Section 53(4) is amended by changing its number from (4) to (3) 12.

Section 64(1) is amended by deleting the Health Professions Act

section reference number "36" and replacing it with the number "37". 13.

Section 64(2) is amended by deleting the Health Professions Act

section reference number "25" and replacing it with the number "26".

Section 65(2) is amended by deleting the Health Professions Act

section reference number "34(4)(b)" and replacing it with the number "33(6)(b)". 15.

Section 65(6)(

b) is amended by deleting the Health Professions Act

section reference number "32(4)" and replacing it with the number "33(4)". 16.

Section 66(1) is amended by deleting the Health Professions Act

section reference number "32" and replacing it with the number "33". 17.

Section 67(2) is amended by deleting the Health Professions Act

section reference number "35" and replacing it with the number "36". 18.

Section 67(2) is amended by deleting the Health Professions Act

section reference number "36(1)" and replacing it with the number "37(1)". 19.

Section 67(3)(

c) is amended by deleting the Health Professions Act

section reference number "35(1)" and replacing it with the number "36(1)". 20.

Section 67(5)(

b) is amended by deleting the Health Professions Act

section reference number "32(4)" and replacing it with the number "33(6)". 21.

Section 69(6) is amended by deleting the Health Professions Act

section reference number "35(1)" and replacing it with the number "36(1)". 22.

Section 84(3) is amended by deleting the Health Professions Act

section reference number "42(2)" and replacing it with the number "43(2)".

Section 86 is amended by deleting the Health Professions Act

section reference number "43" and replacing it with the number "44".

Section 89, having been repealed effective January 25, 2001, is deleted.

Section 90 is deleted in its entirety, including the subtitle ("Transition"). RESOLUTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY, UPON THE MOTION OF MURRAY SCHWABE, SECONDED BY ANN KANTAKIS, ON APRIL 6, 2001.
