Order in Council 439/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsections 7(1) and 7(2) of the Local Health System Integration Act , Darryl Allan of Fort Frances be reappointed as a part-time member of the board of directors of the North West Local Health Integration Network to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective March 18, 2018 to and including December 31, 2018.
