EXPLANATORY NOTES

This Bill would amend the Cannabis Control Act to extend the

filing period for returns and gross profit by 10 days.

AN ACT TO AMEND THE CANNABIS CONTROL ACT

Return and gross profit

Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and

House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

SNL2018 cC-4.1

1. Subsection 68(4) of the Cannabis Control Act is repealed and the following substituted:

(4) The return and the gross profit required under

subsection (3) shall be provided to the corporation within the first 20 days of

the month following the month reported in the return.
