OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated June 27, 2006, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective June 27, 2006, to assign responsibility for all affairs and matters relating to the Utility and Review Board and the Utility and Review Board Act to the Honourable Michael G. Baker, Q.C., a Member of the Executive Council.
