Order in Council 1347/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 1.0.15 of the Financial Administration Act ,

Gergely Orencsak

be appointed Deputy Minister of Finance, effective October 1, 2020, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment.

And further that Order in Council O.C. 979/2018, dated June 29, 2018, be revoked.
