Order in Council 77/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 2194/2017, dated November 15, 2017, Morley E. Bowman was reappointed as a member of the Town of Essex Police Services Board for a period not to exceed two years effective November 15, 2017;

and

whereas Morley E. Bowman has, in writing, resigned his appointment;

therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 2194/2017, dated November 15, 2017 reappointing Morley E. Bowman as a member of the Town of Essex Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
