Order in Council 938/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(1) of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation Act, 2017 ,

Rajesh Uttamchandani of Toronto, Ontario

be appointed as a part-time member of the board of directors of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
