Section 112Q of
Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Environment Act , is pleased to make regulations respecting the quantification, reporting, and verification of greenhouse gas emissions in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on after February 15, 2018.
