OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated September 11, 2001, pursuant to subsections (1), (2), (3) and (5) of

Section 151, to subsection (2) of

Section 152 and to subsections (1) and (2) of

Section 153 of

Chapter 10 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1994-95, the Workers' Compensation Act, is pleased to: (

a) extend the term of the appointment of Elwood Dillman of Hantsport, in the County of Hants, as a Member of the Workers' Compensation Board, which appointment was made by Order in Council 1998-574 dated November 3, 1998, for a six-month term commencing October 1, 2001 and ending March 31, 2002; and (

b) determine the remuneration of Elwood Dillman to be at the rate of $150.00 for each day spent in attendance at a meeting of the Board, plus actual and reasonable expenses incurred in the discharge of his duties.
