Reg. 26/95, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 95-220 dated March 21, 1995, to designate small scale refinery projects as Class 1 undertakings, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A"attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on or after September 15, 2009.
