Order in Council 180/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(3) of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation Act, 2017 ,

Kam Va Philip Leong of Oakville

be designated as part-time Vice-Chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation, effective the date this Order in Council is made until August 26, 2023.
