OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Marketing dated March 2, 1999, pursuant to
Section 27 and subsection 87(1) of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and to
Section 2 of
Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1998, The Appropriations Act, 1998, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Agriculture and Marketing to enter into an amending agreement respecting the Canada/Nova Scotia Enhanced Matching Contribution Agreement and the Agricultural Safety Net Management Agreement substantially in the form set forth in Schedules "A" and "B" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
