OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated December 7, 1998, pursuant to subsection 114(4) and 115(1.3) of

Chapter C 8 of the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, as amended, the Canada Pension Plan, is pleased to confirm that the Government of the Province of Nova Scotia hereby signifies its consent to the Calculation of Default Contribution Rates Regulations made by the Governor General of Canada by Privy Council Order 1998 2181, dated December 10, 1998.
