Order in Council 841/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 18(1) of the Highway 407 Act, 1998 , S.O. 1998, c. 28,

Ronald Dash

be reappointed as a dispute arbitrator for a period of three (3) years, effective the later of April 22, 2022 and the date this Order is made.
