OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated July 6, 2005, pursuant to
Section 20 of
Chapter 9 of the Acts of 2005, the Municipal Law Amendment
(2005) Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Chapter 9 of the Acts of 2005, the Municipal Law Amendment
(2005) Act, come into force on and not before July 21, 2005, with effect on and after April 1, 2006.
