Order in Council 1287/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology Act, 2002, and subsection 4(2) of Ontario Regulation 34/03 made under the Act,

Keith Simmonds, Niagara-on-the-Lake

is appointed, subject to the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, as a member of the board of governors of The Niagara College of Applied Arts and Technology, for a term effective the later of the date of this Order in Council and September 1, 2017, and ending not later than August 31, 2020.
