OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated March 30, 2006, and pursuant to subsection 35(3) of

Chapter 379 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Trustee Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance to pay to "Frank W. Holloway" the sum of One Thousand One Hundred and Fifty Nine Dollars and sixty-eight Cents ($1,159.68) held by the Minister of Finance pursuant to subsection 28(2) of the Public Trustee Act, together with interest at the rate of prime less 3.5% from October 27, 2005 to the date of payment, less an administrative charge of 5% on accrued interest.
