Order in Council 855/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to

section 4 of the Ministry of Infrastructure Act, 2011 ,

Chris Giannekos

be appointed Deputy Minister of Infrastructure, effective June 10, 2019, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond December 1, 2021;

and further that Order in Council O.C. 1478/2018, dated December 15, 2018, be revoked effective June 10, 2019.
