Section of the Vital Statistics Act,

chapter V-3 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1979, is amended by adding after subsection (2) the following: 1 L’article de la

chapitre V-3 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 1979, est modifié par l’adjonction de ce qui suit après le para- graphe (2) : 27(2.1) No person by whom a marriage was solemnized shall deliver or mail a completed registration of marriage form under subsection (2) that he or she knows or ought to know contains false or misleading information. 27(2.1) Il est interdit à la personne qui a célébré le ma- riage de remettre au registraire ou de lui expédier par la poste en vertu du paragraphe (2) un bulletin d’enregistre- ment de mariage rempli qu’il sait ou qu’il devrait savoir qu’il renferme des renseignements faux ou trompeurs. 2
