OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated January 7, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective January 7, 2009, to: (
a) revoke the assignment of responsibility for military relations to the Honourable Richard Hurlburt and the attachment to the Department of Energy for administrative purposes, which assignment was made by Order in Council 2007-555 dated October 23, 2007; and (
b) assign responsibility for military relations to the Honourable David Morse, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for Military Relations.
