OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Marketing dated August 9, 2000, pursuant to

Section 27 and subsection 87(1) of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and to

Section 2 of

Chapter 1 of the Acts of 2000, the Appropriations Act, 2000, is pleased to ratify the signing of the Canada-Nova Scotia Framework Agreement on Agricultural Risk Management by the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
