Order in Council 991/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Jeanie Theoharis of Mississauga be reappointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending May 26, 2023.

Further,

whereas Jeanie Theoharis was reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective August 31, 2019, by Order in Council O.C. 1189/2019;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1189/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
