Order in Council 571/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Poeme Manigat was reappointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of three years, effective March 28, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 278/2021;

And

whereas Poeme Manigat tendered his resignation effective March 21, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 278/2021 be revoked effective March 21, 2023.
