Order in Council 858/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Ontario Educational Communications Authority Act , as amended,

Bilal Khan of Richmond Hill, Ontario

be appointed as a member of the Ontario Educational Communications Authority effective the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment.
