OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated March 6, 2006, and pursuant to clause 7(1)(
d) of
Chapter 10 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Medical Act, and
Section 44A of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to reappoint the following persons as members of the Council of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia, each for a term of office of three years commencing April 1, 2006 and ending March 31, 2009: Gwen Haliburton of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Allan Green of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality.
