OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated October 22, 2013, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 511 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Youth Secretariat Act , and
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective October 22, 2013, to assign responsibility for the Nova Scotia Youth Secretariat to the Member of the Executive Council holding the office of Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development.
