, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

The area described in the

Schedule is declared to be a public works development area to be known as the L'Anse aux Meadows Public Works Development Area.

Repeal

The L'Anse Aux Meadows Public Works Development Area Order, 1982, Newfoundland Regulation 40/82, is repealed.

Schedule

All that piece or parcel of land situate and being at Beak Point and being north of a line beginning at a point in the western shoreline of Medee Bay and running on a bearing of south 47 59' west to the eastern shoreline of Epaves Bay, that point of beginning having reference from a point in the boundary of the survey in Medee Bay of the above described area, that point having co-ordinates of north latitude 18,760,937'.45 and east longitude 1,106,026'.19;

Then running north 47 30' west 228.6 metres;

Then south 47 59' west to the principal point of beginning.
