Order in Council 1230/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Valerie Richer was appointed a part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a term of two years, effective March 1, 2017, by Order in Council O.C. 451/2017;

And

whereas Valerie Richer tendered her resignation effective July 10, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code , Order in Council O.C. 451/2017 be revoked effective July 10, 2018.
