Order in Council 546/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 7 of the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993 , the appointment as Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Clean Water Agency of Nevin McKeown by Order-in-Council 1095/2020 dated July 23, 2020 is hereby revoked, effective March 31, 2022, as Mr. McKeown has retired as Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Clean Water Agency.
