EXPLANATORY NOTE NOTE EXPLICATIVE This Bill requires a person to be publicly interviewed by a committee of the Legislative Assembly before bein g appointed to the board of the Liquor Control Commission, Manitoba Lotteries Corporation or Manitoba Public Insurance Corporation.
