OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Ministers of Public Works and Health and Wellness dated March 9, 2022, and pursuant to subsection 16(1) of

Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , and in accordance with the Department of Health and Wellness Capital Grants Program, is please to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness granting funds in the total amount not to exceed $16,517,700.00 to the Nova Scotia Health Authority in order to complete renovations to the Halifax Infirmary Diagnostic Imaging Suite to accommodate the relocation of two MRI scanners and the procurement of two MRI scanners.
