Section 34 of

Chapter 30 of the Acts of 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act , is pleased to amend the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Financial Assistance Regulations , N.S. Reg. 133/2001, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2001-525 dated November 6, 2001, to require the consent of the Minister, or the consent of the Minister and Governor in Council, for financial assistance made through the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated strategic investment fund, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after August 7, 2012.
