Order in Council 636/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Sandra Driesel was reappointed as full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of four years, effective January 24, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 1418/2023;

And

whereas Sandra Driesel has passed away;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Order in Council O.C. 1418/2023 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
