Order in Council 529/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 27 (1) of the Securities Commission Act, 2021,

Cathy Singer of Toronto

is appointed as a part-time adjudicator of the Capital Markets Tribunal for a fixed term of three (3) years, effective the later of the date that

Schedule 9 of the Protecting the People of Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2021 is proclaimed into force and the date that this Order in Council is made.

Further that Order in Council O.C. 939/2020 be revoked on the effective date of this Order in Council.
