OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour dated June 16, 1999, pursuant to Sections 16 and 17 of
Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Trade Union Act, and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to revoke the appointment of Laraine Singler as an alternate member of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia) effective August 9, 1999, which appointment was made by Order in Council 95-692, dated September 6, 1995.
