Order in Council 393/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of the Combative Sports Act, 2019 , O.C. 990/2023 dated July 13, 2023, appointing Ned Kuruc as a member and designated him as chair of the Ontario Combative Sport Advisory Council be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
