B.C. Reg. 318/2008 , deposited November 7, 2008, pursuant to the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE ACT [Section 35 (2) (c)] and the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ACT [Section 26 (2) (d)]. Order in Council 806/2008, approved and ordered November 6, 2008.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective November 25, 2008,

Section 2 of

Schedule C of the Employment and Assistance Regulation, B.C. Reg. 263/2002, is amended

(

a) in subsection (1) (

c) in item 5 of the table by striking out "podiatry" and substituting "non-surgical podiatry",

(

b) in subsection (2) by adding "non-surgical" after ", massage therapy services,", and

(

c) by adding the following subsection (2.1):

(2.1) If eligible under subsection (1) (

c) and subject to subsection (2), the amount of a general health supplement under

section 67 of this regulation for physiotherapy services, chiropractic services, massage therapy services, non-surgical podiatry services, naturopathy services and acupuncture services is $23 for each visit.

Section 2 of

Schedule C of the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, is amended

(

a) in subsection (1) (

c) in item 5 of the table by striking out "podiatry" and substituting "non-surgical podiatry",

(

b) in subsection (2) by adding "non-surgical" after ", massage therapy services,", and

(

c) by adding the following subsection (2.1):

(2.1) If eligible under subsection (1) (

c) and subject to subsection (2), the amount of a general health supplement under

section 62 of this regulation for physiotherapy services, chiropractic services, massage therapy services, non-surgical podiatry services, naturopathy services and acupuncture services is $23 for each visit.
