OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 18, 2005, and pursuant to

Section 113 of

Chapter 504 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Wildlife Act, is pleased to amend the General Wildlife Regulations, N.S. Reg. 205/87, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 87-1181 dated September 29, 1987, to increase the cost of a habitat conservation stamp and make a number of housekeeping amendments, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after June 9, 2005.
