OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated June 2, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective July 5, 2022, to approve the Attorney General and Minister of Justice entering into a Funding Agreement from 2022 to 2027 with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada to fund family justice services and programs under the Canadian Family Justice Fund, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Agreement.
