OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated November 15, 2007, and pursuant to subsection 35(3) of
Chapter 379 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Trustee Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance to pay to Ms. Mary Ellen MacMillan Two Thousand Three Hundred Twenty - three Dollars and 59 cents ($2,323.59), held by the Minister of Finance pursuant to subsection 28(2) of the Public Trustee Act, together with interest at the rate of Prime less 3.50% from May 17, 2005 to the date of payment.
