OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated August 19, 2008, and pursuant to clause 7(1)(
a) and subsection 7(3) and 7(4) of
Chapter 28 of the Acts of 1996, the Real Estate Trading Act, is pleased to appoint Avis Chapman of Amherst, Cumberland County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission for a term of three years commencing September 30, 2008.
