Under the authority of

section 257 of the Municipalities Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Beginning at a point at highwater mark in the shoreline at St. Pauls Point and then running south 78 30' east 5,575 metres to a point in the most northern angle of the northwest arm of St. Pauls Inlet;

Then running in a generally southwesterly direction along the western shoreline of Northwest Arm to a point on the eastern side of the north bridge abutment on the passage between

St.

Pauls

Bay

and

St.

Pauls

Inlet

Then running along the eastern side of the bridge to a point on the eastern side of the south bridge abutment;

Then running in a generally southerly direction 1,625 metres to a point in the western shoreline of

St.

Pauls

Inlet

Then running north 69 west 2,375 metres to a point at highwater level on the eastern shoreline of the Gulf of St. Lawrence;

Then running northerly along the shoreline to a point on the south entrance of

St.

Pauls

Bay

Then running along the shoreline of

St.

Pauls

Bay

to a point on the north entrance of

St.

Pauls

Bay

Then running in a generally northerly direction along the eastern shoreline of the

Gulf of St. Lawrence

to the point of beginning.

All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
