Order in Council 891/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portions of highway in the City of Oshawa (Geographic Township of East Whitby), Regional Municipality of Durham, Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2551-0268, filed with the Geomatics Central of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto, Ontario on the 28th day of October 2019, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to

Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter P.50, as amended.

The designation as a controlled-access highway described in

Schedule 24 to Regulation 399, R.R.O. 1970, Plan 232569 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2372-24) be amended so as to cease to apply within the limits of

Part 4 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2551-0268.
