Order in Council 1485/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4(3) of the Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority Act, 2021, Nicholas Savona of Newmarket be appointed as a part-time member of the board of directors of the Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective October 21, 2023 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
