Order in Council 542/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Richard Woodfield was appointed as full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective March 25, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 337/2021;

And

whereas Richard Woodfield tendered his resignation effective January 3, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 337/2021 be revoked effective January 3, 2022.
