Order in Council 683/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 18(3) of the Lake Simcoe Protection Act, 2008,

Dr. Bahram Gharabaghi of Guelph

be reappointed as a member of the Lake Simcoe Science Committee to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years effective as of the date of this Order in Council.
